Ko-fi Commissions Terms of Service (TOS)

Please read the following terms if you would like to commission a custom artwork from me, I work only under the assumption that you’ve read and agreed to these terms of service. I try to make them as clear and easy to understand as possible but if you have any questions, please message me.

++ Pricing and Payment ++

I try to price my artwork reasonably based on factors like material costs and labor. If you’d like to commission something that requires a special listing (see “What I Will and Won’t Make”) I’ll quote your project before creating a listing or asking you to send payment. You’re responsible for shipping, handling, tariffs, and any other delivery fees. If you encounter issues with your order, please reach out to me before attempting a chargeback. I appreciate my customers greatly and want to make sure they're satisfied with their orders. Any instances of chargeback will be considered acts of bad faith by the customer and may result in blacklisting and/or legal action being taken, if applicable.

++ Turnaround Time ++

I primarily work on orders Monday-Friday. I strive to complete artworks as quick as possible while still maintaining a high level of quality. Processing times depend on style and complexity of the art piece, as well as the length of my current queue. You’ll be updated with expected completion times throughout the commission process.

Average completion times:

• digital artwork / 1-3 weeks
• con badge / 2-4 weeks
• plushies and dolls / 1-2 months
• 3D art / 1-3 months
• fursuits and costumes / 3-6 months

++ Communication and Approval Process ++

You can communicate with me through email, Discord, or direct messages, I usually respond within 24 hours. I’ll message you with updates during the different phases of your commission and you’ll get the opportunity to request changes during the sketch phase. I will also ask for your final seal of approval before uploading/shipping your custom order - just to be sure no changes need to be made!

++ Cancellation and Refunds ++

Note - this is only for custom pieces, not ready-to-download or ready-to-ship items!

Digital Artwork: If you need to cancel your custom order, you can request a full refund up until the point where I start the sketch phase. All custom art orders begin with a rough sketch phase, during which you’ll be given the chance to request changes. (see “Communication and Approval Process”) If you still aren’t satisfied after the maximum number of edits have been made, you can request a 40% refund of the listing price. I’ll keep the rest as compensation for my sketch services and listing fees.

Physical Artwork: If you need to cancel your custom order, you can request a full refund up until the point where I start the sketch phase. All custom art orders begin with a rough sketch phase, during which you’ll be given the chance to request changes. (see “Communication and Approval Process”) If you still aren’t satisfied after the maximum number of edits have been made, you can request a 40% refund excluding shipping fees. I’ll keep the rest as compensation for my sketch services and listing fees. Once physical construction begins you’ll no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund unless there is a problem with your order. (see paragraph below)

I do my best to package orders safely and ship them with tracking numbers to the exact address provided. I can’t be held responsible for packages that were lost, damaged, or misdelivered by the carrier. If a shipment is lost, damaged, or misdelivered, I'll open a claim with the carrier. You can request a return if (a) your item arrives with a major defect that impacts its ability to serve its intended purpose or (b) you received the wrong items by mistake (in those cases I'll cover return shipping, otherwise you'll be responsible for return postage). You must message me within 1 week of receiving your package if you need to return an item in either of these cases. We’ll work to find a resolution based on your situation.

++ Copyright and Usage Rights ++

I won’t make art featuring copyrighted or trademarked designs unless you have permission to use them. I work only under the assumption that you have permission to use the characters you’re commissioning artwork of (be prepared to share written proof if I suspect you aren't the copyright holder) As the artist, I’m legally the copyright holder of all art that I make, including illustrations, writings, craft patterns, sculptures and 3D files. I’m allowed to include and share the commissioned artworks in my gallery and portfolio. You can use the commissioned artwork for online avatars, digital and physical stickers, prints, badges, profile banners, and crafting - but you aren’t allowed to sell it without my permission.

You MAY NOT (a) use the commissioned artwork to train AI (Artificial Intelligence) models, (b) edit the artwork using AI tools, (c) generate content with AI tools using the artwork, (d) use the artwork to create or promote NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), (e) use the artwork in ways that are unlawful or hateful, (f) sell products featuring the artwork without express written permission from the artist, (g) or purposefully remove signatures and watermarks. Violation of these terms is copyright infringement and legal action may be taken, if applicable.

++ What I Will and Won’t Make ++

I’m an extremely versatile artist who works with a wide range of mediums. I can set up custom private listings for customers who need specific art that isn’t already offered in my shop.

Here’s a few ideas for types of art I can create:

• fursuits and other costumes, parts, props
• 3D files
• dolls
• plushies
• traditional illustration
• digital illustration
• clay sculpture
• character design
• custom stationary
• miniatures
• gift baskets
• con badges
• animal home accessories (hammocks, liners, etc.)
• shakers and charms
• jewelry

There are certain things I won’t draw or create because of personal preference, and other things that just don’t adhere to Ko-fi’s guidelines. I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund any order.

• that which promotes hate, violence, substance abuse, self-harm, harmful misinformation
• unauthorized replicas of pre-existing goods (physical items, etc.)
• sexually explicit material, fetish (artistic nudity is OKAY)
• real-world people
• copyright infringing material
• excessive machinery (mecha)

If you’re unsure whether I can help you with your specific art needs, please message me before purchasing a listing or sending payment. Otherwise I might need to cancel and refund your order! It never hurts to ask.
